With the exhibition Citycanvases by Diederick Geers, Diederick shares his love for Porto, showing both the visible and less obvious of the city. As an urban sketcher, he paints his experiences from around the world on paper through colourful brush strokes, inspired by life, nature, and playful experimentation. He particularly captures traditional architecture with its cultural richness through the expressiveness of watercolour.

This event will give you an opportunity to meet Diederick, hear about his process and connect with the artist community in Porto. At the event, enjoy a glass of wine from Quinta da Formigosa and a special popup menu by Porto Bake House. Diederick’s art will be displayed on the walls of Cafe Passaporte until the end of June as part of our art exhibition series, hosting different Porto-based artists each month.
